Group Buy Rounds

Frequently asked questions
How does Ko-fi membership work?
Ko-fi handles the subscription, payment, and cancellation flow. When you subscribe on ko-fi.com/pepuniversity, Ko-fi charges your card once per month at the tier price you chose and sends the site a webhook confirming the payment. That webhook is what activates your member access on the site.
What happens right after I subscribe?
Your access typically activates within a few minutes of a successful Ko-fi payment. If you already have an account on the site, log in with your existing credentials. If you do not, sign up from the Log In screen using the same email you used on Ko-fi so the site can match the payment webhook to your account.
How does the site know my membership is active?
Every Ko-fi payment fires a webhook that stamps your account with an "active" status and the payment date. Member pages check both when you sign in. If your last payment is older than 33 days, the site treats the membership as lapsed and prompts you to renew. This is what protects the member apps from stale accounts without any manual admin work.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation is one click inside your own Ko-fi account settings. There are no contracts, no minimum terms, no cancellation fees. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. When the 33-day grace window elapses without a new payment, the member apps ask you to renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Ko-fi under their platform terms. For questions specific to your account or membership, use the contact link at the bottom of this page and I will get back to you personally.
Where is Group Buy?
